I was born with the sense that the world runs in layers — and that most people only see the surface. Companies, bodies, societies, technology: it is all architecture. Everything has an invisible structure that defines what can happen.
My work has always been to make those architectures visible. First in companies I founded and built. Then in health, when I realized the current model is as reactive as a power grid that only switches on once the house is already dark. Then in AI, when I saw that most treat it as magic while few see the decision layer taking shape.
I am not a journalist, analyst, coach or influencer. I am a founder and a thinker. My public stance exists because what I see needs to be named. If it is not, others name it more shallowly — and the conversation stays trapped on the surface.
I do not speak to everyone. I speak to those who also operate in layers: founders, architects, thinkers, builders of the next cycle. People who understand that what matters is not the trend of the month — it is the architecture of the decade.
